## Access

Anyone, including AI agents and crawlers, may browse, crawl, download, cache,
index, and extract all publicly served Rangoon website pages, documentation,
feeds, structured data, and downloadable website assets. No account, API key,
payment, or separate approval is required for this public read access.

## AI use

For public content that Hypler owns or has authority to license, Hypler grants
worldwide, royalty-free permission to copy, extract, transform, summarize,
translate, and use that content for search, retrieval-augmented generation,
grounding, AI training, fine-tuning, evaluation, and commercial AI use.
This includes Rangoon-authored public text, documentation, published data,
metadata, and project-owned illustrations. No separate training approval is
required. Citation and source dates are encouraged for accurate attribution.

## Scope

Third-party articles, quotations, data, logos, and other materials retain their
owners' rights and applicable licenses. Hypler does not grant rights it does
not hold. This permission does not grant trademark endorsement rights or
change the licenses of application source, software packages, or extensions.

Only publicly served website material is covered. Private repositories,
credentials, personal information, request logs, internal systems, and
unpublished data are not made public by this permission. Website read access
does not authorize writes, agent execution, deployment, or access to a private
system. Respect server backoff responses such as HTTP 429 and Retry-After.
