## Foundation

The intended starting point is a canonical capability model with provenance, dependencies, versioning, and compatibility evidence.

### Why first

Portable configuration needs a clear source model before target-specific compilation can be trustworthy.

## Operational surfaces

Planned product areas include Capability Studio, Agent Fleet, Workflows, policy lifecycle, Test Lab, deployment planning, and Analytics.

### Iterative release

Interfaces and extension contracts may change as each layer is validated.

## Ecosystem work

Future work includes harness adapters, connector boundaries, test packs, policy-engine adapters, and community extension paths.
